Don’t let your warranty become void
Most HVAC systems will have a stipulation on the warranty saying if you do not get annual maintenance on your system, the warranty will become void. So please check your HVAC systems fine print, chances are you need to get a maintenance check. You can book with us right here. We will give you the correct paperwork that you can show the manufacturer should there be a warranty claim. If you have an HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation) it should be maintained twice a year.
Shut Off Outside Taps before Winter Comes
If you do not know how to do so ask your home builder, property manager, landlord or just ask us. But you do not want to leave your outdoor taps on over winter, this will cause damage and give you a big plumbing bill in the summer.
